In this episode, we take a moment to think about the things we're doing WELL with respect to our habits and lifestyles! In many of the episodes up to this point, Krista has shared information and tips for creating change, shifting our habits, and simply improving our health. She suggests that we take a moment to acknowledge the positive changes we're making, even if they seem really small. These seemingly small changes contribute to meaningful change in our health and after all, WE are the ones who can take responsibility for our lives and create the health and fulfillment we desire!
