In this episode, we discuss something we hear we hear so much about and that's energy!  After all, having a great energy level means that we'll be more likely to follow through on practicing healthy habits.  Many of us are often doing things to GAIN more energy---- but I think it also makes sense to think about things that may be draining our energy too, right?

We discuss a short list of 5 energy "drains" that people commonly experience including:   

1.       Too much screen time

2.       Lack of quality sleep

3.       Less than adequate hydration (not enough water)

4.       Processed sugar/processed foods

5.       Environment

This episode is intended to get you thinking BEYOND this short list, so that you can consider anything in your routine that may be chipping away at your energy reserves.
