The idea to revisit this discussion came from a situation that Krista observed (and shares in this episode) which prompted her to consider her own life and the opportunity to increase awareness and presence. As we look around, we see so many people with their heads buried in their phones, as we’ve become so used to having entertainment at our fingertips.
