Do you ever feel like you're "up" one minute, and "down" the next, as you're trying to set new goals and make changes?  In this episode, we'll talk about the ups and downs of making change and the common feeling of being motivated initially, starting to make progress, and then losing the motivation and feeing like you're  back at.... square one.  

We'll discuss how we find ourselves in this pattern and what we can do to break the pattern and make progress.  The heart of the problem is usually a lack of consistency. We often start by trying to do too much too quickly, and not being able to build the skill of consistency. Krista shares an approach that allows us to get a strong start, while building consistency and confidence, so that we can begin to experience real progress.
