In this episode, we're getting into a topic that we've all probably experienced at one time or another- the energy ups and downs we can feel,  related to what we’re eating.   

I think we'd all agree that when we’re eating natural, whole foods, and limiting processed foods with added sugar, preservatives and chemicals, our energy level is good!  But maybe your diet has slipped, over the years, and now includes a LOT of simple carbs and sugars.  If that's the case, it can start to disrupt your metabolism and cause issues with blood sugar regulation and lead you to feel like you're on an “ENERGY ROLLERCOASTER” all day long.  Over time, this can lead to complex problems with metabolism and blood sugar regulation.

In this episode, Krista discusses ways to prevent problems with blood sugar regulation, and also ways to offset the effects of sugar when we do enjoy a sweet treat.
