According to James Clear, “The most overlooked and underappreciated growth strategy is patience.” It sounds so simple ... but we all know that being patient, is a lot easier said, than done.
So this episode is all about building the skill of patience. Patience isn't something we either have or don't have, it's really a skill that we can develop. When we're working on our goals or habit change, we need to committed for the long haul (since these things take time) and becoming more patient, will help us stay in the game. Finally, Krista shares 3 easy steps to build more patience so that we can focus our energy on the daily action steps needed to fulfill our long term goals.
