Do you find yourself waiting to be inspired to do something?  Stop waiting and start CREATING inspiration!  In this episode we'll talk about the benefits of inspiration, as a positive emotion, and 4 ways that we can build inspiration into our daily lives. 

Research supports the value and benefits of positive emotions in general and more specifically, with respect to inspiration.  Inspiration, or an inspired state, often leads to the following:  

  • Better health and stress regulation
  • Enhanced creativity
  • Increased intrinsic motivation & more committed effort to goal attainment
  • Improved mental well-being
  • Higher level of achievement- academically and professionally
