A great strategy to get more clarity, about your health and wellness, is to create a "wish list". In this episode, we discuss using this tool (creating a wish list) to get specific about what you want, as we consider all areas of holistic health (including eating and nutrition, exercise, work, activities, fun, relationships, spirituality, and more).
So many times, people aren't sure what they want. In moving towards the lives we desire, it's an important first step to define specifically, what we want. A great way to get started is by clarifying your vision and creating your "wish list", as discussed in this episode.
