We often think about ADDING healthy habits or new routines to improve our health.  But, in this episode we're looking at things from a different angle.  

Instead, ask yourself if you have a habit that you need to quit.  Rather than adding new things, is there ONE thing that you can name, that if you stopped doing it, would change everything?

If that's the case, maybe we should focus our energy there.  Maybe it's...

  • Eating or snacking too much in the evening
  • Scrolling in the evening, rather than getting to bed early
  • Enjoying alcohol too often
  • Sleeping past your alarm most days
  • These are just a few examples.  

 Let's stop doing what's NOT serving us, rather than adding more.
