It sounds simple and straightforward, but there's tremendous power in just SHOWING UP... even when it's busy, crazy, and messy.
For most of us, we have extra commitments, activities, and things to do during the holiday season. Without planning and intention, it would be easy to stop showing up for ourselves. In this episode, I'll share the story that inspired me and reminded me that simply showing up, keeps us in the game. We'll talk about resisting the all-or-nothing thinking trap and ways to modify our routine or plan, to make things doable.
