Think about the amount of INPUT you have on a daily basis from... emails, you tube, TV, Instagram, Tik Tok, Linked In, notifications, news, podcasts, and other sources.  

Most of us have become accustomed to a huge amount of input on a daily basis, much of which is stressful, sad, and worrisome, and our brains and nervous systems weren't built for this constant input.  

In this episode, we'll discuss why we should become aware of the input we're receiving, reduce it, and and create MORE "blank space" in our daily lives.
