We live in a world of wearable devices and fitness apps that allow us to track our biometrics on a daily basis. Tracking sleep scores, heart rate variability, and activity level are now commonplace and can provide beneficial information to support our health habits.
However, there is a fine line between using this data to be health conscious and being consumed by it. In this episode, we discuss what it looks like to use this data to support your health AND what it looks like when this data starts to control you. Good health is all about balance.
